Welcome to our virtual hang-out where we (Kristin & Lindsey, and maybe the occasional special guest?!) write about our most formative millennial nostalgia, the writing life in all its weirdness and wonder, and the little things that make us happy... and sometimes salty. Because balance is important.

We’re going for fun, for inspiration, for commiseration. We’re looking for meaning in the every day. And we’d love if you’d join us!

A little about us:

Kristin Offiler holds an MFA from Lesley University. Her short fiction has appeared in the Waccamaw Journal, The Bookends Review, The Bookends Review Best of 2020 print anthology, and the Raleigh Review. When she’s not writing, she can be found reading on the porch of her 130-year-old house or exploring charming corners of New England. She lives in Rhode Island with her husband and son. Her debut novel, The Housewarming, is forthcoming in summer 2025.

Lindsey Smith is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, a creative writing teacher at the Sarah Selecky Writing School, and a 2025 Pen Parentis Fellowship finalist. Her short fiction has been featured in The Forge Literary Magazine and an anthology from Invisible Publishing;  her non-fiction has appeared in ENTROPY and is forthcoming in ENTWINED, an anthology about motherhood and art. She lives in Houston with her husband and son and is currently at work on a novel.
